David Stephens is a BAFTA winning Visual Effects Producer with over 22 years’ experience delivering high end film and television for Warner Bros., Disney, Universal, and Netflix. He most recently served as Visual Effects Producer on Season 4 of The Witcher for Netflix.

 

He provides senior level oversight of visual effects from script development through final delivery. His work encompasses detailed script breakdown, budget construction, vendor bid strategy, commercial negotiation, production scheduling, and executive cost reporting. He partners directly with producers and studios to ensure that visual ambition is realised within defined financial and schedule parameters.

 

David has extensive experience structuring multi vendor pipelines across international territories, overseeing on set VFX strategy and data capture, managing turnovers, and supervising post production review through to final delivery. His approach integrates creative judgement with rigorous production control, enabling informed methodology decisions early in the process and reducing downstream risk exposure.
